Telesales Representative
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contact customers by phone, or in person to offer and explain RGJ Power's products and services. Schedule appointments for Solar Consultants. Representitives and assist at industry trade shows.
REQUIREMENTS:
Good written and verbal communication skills, professional appearance, integrity, team player, goal-oriented and PC skills.

Experienced working with your hands and experienced in electrical work, construction, or carpentry.
Comfortable with occasionally working long hours as required in to complete the project for the day.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Lead Installer with high-quality solar PV installations;
assembling racking, panel attachment, grounding, wire combiner box, and performance testing.
Assist with overall crew & job site safety.
Ensure all necessary materials and tools arrive to the job site.
Ensure that all attachment applications and penetrations meet expected quality standards.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Good at problem solving and working with electrical tools & hand-tools.
Comfortably able to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, and work on roof tops.
A definite plus if you have an understanding of solar PV systems & installation, electrical wiring, sizing conduit, sizing wire, and bending pipe.

Responding to Customer Emails and Answering Phones
Following-up with Customers on Job Status
Assisting in Bid/Estimate Preparation
Preparing All Paperwork for Rebate Program
Facilitating Permit Process
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products including CRM, Outlook, Excel and Word.
2-year degree or at least 3 years professional work experience.
Understanding of solar technologies.
